Large Festive Hare Doll 'B' Mister Finch

These dolls are from an old pattern which I haven't made for years and its been so nice to re-visit them!

Firmly stuffed and jointed with fat beads and thick wire they are poseable and sit beautifully.

They are both machine and hand sewn with lots of tiny stitching and visible mending. Using found and vintage fabrics each creature is one of a kind and is built to last. A real heirloom piece.

They are each heavily aged with tea, coffee and acrylic paints and features are enhanced with dark pencils.

They are large pieces and are approx 20cm wide and 80cm tall.

As with all my pieces they are made with a home made folk style and stains and markings are to be expected and celebrated.

The photos must be studied as refunds will not be given if you are unhappy with how your piece looks.

I want them to look old and have lived a life before you have them its important for me for things to look this way.

Each one comes with a signed wooden tag which you remove by gently pulling or it can stay on the piece.

Each Hare doll comes with FREE UK shipping and will be sent out in a large tough card tube..the hare is wrapped up in brown paper inside so they should arrive safe and sound and if left in the tube can be easily wrapped for gifting.
